Your Purchasing Power
Understanding your purchasing power and financing strategy is critical to the success of any investment. Your main purchasing power in real estate is leverage because it allows you to buy an entire asset with just a small down payment. But leverage comes in many forms: conventional and non-conventional loans, self-directed IRA, private money loans, etc. Which one is right for you?
Where and What to Buy
The most-often asked question we get is: which market is the best market to invest in? Although this isn’t rocket science, understanding the pros and cons of the growing markets around the country can be challenging and overwhelming.
